DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?

Please choose carefully as Shred Groms does not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are ordered in the incorrect size, or for simple change of mind.

However, if any Shred Groms items are found to be faulty, please email me at shredgroms@gmail.com and I will happily exchange the faulty item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order.

I am a one woman team, and all Shred Groms items are individually printed, by hand. I endeavour to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and work around the clock to do so. If you ever have any questions regarding your order, please email me at shredgroms@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Shred Groms is based in Australia, and ship Australia wide and Internationally. Please select shipping destination at checkout for pricing.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING?

If you order incorrectly, email me at shredgroms@gmail.com immediately, and I can amend your order. Please note that if your order has already been printed up before I receive your email, no amendments can be made. All items are printed up as they are ordered, so provided you email straight away, there will be no hassles making amendment.

WHATS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP MY PRINTS ON MY SHRED GROMS TEES AND TANKS LOOKING THEIR BEST?

Please do not iron directly over print. For best results, wash on cold wash, and iron tees and tanks inside out to keep your print as fresh as possible. If tees or tanks have been folded and print looks crinkled, just turn inside out and iron!
